Is the website really free?

Yes. A new website is included in every plan, and there is no separate charge to build it. We host and manage it for you, and your domain stays yours. On the Partnership plan there is also no setup fee, and no monthly fee until you reach the top 3. After six paid months the website is yours to keep.

What happens to my current website?

We rebuild it for you at no extra cost. We keep what works, redirect your old pages so you don't lose the rankings you already have, and you see the new site before it goes live. Your domain never leaves your control.

How do you measure top 3?

We check Google Maps from 25 points on a 5 by 5 grid centered on your business, for the search phrase we agree on. You've reached the top 3 when at least 5 of the 25 points show you in positions 1 to 3 on two scans that are at least 48 hours apart. Every scan is saved, and you can see the same map we do. How long does it take to get into the top 3?

It depends on where you start, how many businesses compete near you and how strong their reviews are, so no one can honestly promise a date. Your free audit shows where you stand today. On the Partnership plan the timing risk is ours: you pay no monthly fee until you reach the target, and if it isn't met by day 120 you can leave and owe nothing.

What if I leave?

After six paid months the website is yours, with all its content, images and a full export. If you leave the Partnership plan before your sixth paid month, the setup fee we waived becomes due, unless we haven't reached the top 3 by day 120, in which case you owe nothing. What is AI search optimization?

More people now ask ChatGPT, Google's AI answers and Perplexity for a local business instead of scrolling a list. We build your site and profile so those assistants can quote you, and every month we check whether they mention or cite you. It's included in every plan. No one can promise a particular AI answer, so we report what we find.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Not to get your audit or to see your plan. The Flexible plan has no term and needs 30 days' notice to stop. The Partnership plan asks for six paid months, and those months only begin once you've reached the top 3. After that it's month to month.

Will you work with my competitors?

No. We take one business per trade in each service area, so we never work for the business competing with you for the same customers. We check that your area is open before we start.
